I’m a self taught painter with a background in Interior Design, worked in the travel industry for many years in Montreal and later in Vancouver. I owned a Lifestyle Gift Store in Steveston Village for 22 years.
I love colour, textures, and variety. I've always loved to doodle and paint special projects but finally could now focus on painting full time. Over the past several years time became more available, so I plugged into a few art classes to get my creative juices going including the Creative Visionary Program (CVP) and haven't looked back. I enjoy exploring, so mixed media is perfect for me. My style, I'm not sure I have one, but love painting both whimsical and contemporary. Having lived and worked in a fishing village this reflects in my many works but it does not stop me from painting unique subjects or simply letting my imagination take over.
I currently live on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia and my work is available throughout the website, I will be participating in the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl this fall. For viewing please contact me for an appointment via email.
